How are you so sure it wasn't a dup? If you were giving away one of the beta keys that were handed out, they all expired on the 26th: anyone who tries to activate after the 26th would be given the "duplicate key" error (even though it's an expired key: Steam doesn't tell you the difference)

generally speaking,,that game is just an example
btw that means it is his fault (in that example) as others went ok,,(same creation day),,not really a fair negative then,,,his problem, as he didnt know,,

You are giving away beta keys not keys for full games. The Lemnis Gate beta was only open for 2 or 3 days and already closed about a week ago. All beta keys for that game were deactivated. And why would it be your winner's fault when you are the one handing out expired beta keys? From the other winners you probably got an auto positive. Lots of winners don't bother to leave feedback at all.

You are also giving away Back 4 Blood beta keys in 48 iS to join giveaways. It's 48 iS to join and a ton of exp for you because the game already has a price on the Steam store. You are supposed to give away the full game if you want to earn the full rewards not a beta that everyone can get a key for on several sites. It would be great news if IG staff had actually deleted your giveaways but as there are tons still up for that beta I find it quite unlikely to have happened. If your winners give you negative feedback it's because for 48 iS they expected a chance at a full game and not a beta.

No? I explained that the key has already expired. You're the person who created a giveaway for an expired key, it's not the winners fault. If you got positive feedback from other such giveaways then either they were from over a week ago and the winner didn't realize it was beta, they didn't care that it didn't work and just gave you positive anyway, or they just didn't do anything: you automatically get positive feedback after 3 days, and a lot of users enter giveaways and then disappear.
the missing thing,,where the hell did they go?someone robbed them?is it even possible?
Can you be more specific? What exactly happened? Like, you created a giveaway, but before it expired it was just gone? Were the giveaways for more beta keys?

I am also seeing the same issue.
My few giveaway create around 1~3 days ago (each day) are not visible in the:
My Library -> Giveaways -> In progress created

Btw, what do you mean by cannot recreate?
If you recreate, it will detect it is the same key and stop you from doing it?
