My trade for Call of Cthulhu with Spyro Trilogy

I traded my spyro trilogy for Call of Cthulhu® but is not working for steam or any of the platforms I have. How do I find out who I traded with if I don't remember? I am holding off a negative review in case I missed something.

Everything lines up except that trade, It says the trade happened on the 17th. I guess ill have to look into. The only platform I haven't tried is origin so I guess I'll try that

Hi,
I'm so sorry for the mixup. I think I left off the last letter of the key. If you add an A to the end of the code I sent you, it should work. I also sent you a friend request on steam. I can repaste the hole key there if you are still having trouble.
