1. Ok, there are regularly newcomers who want to know where the free games are.
This thread is trying to give them a few pointers.
It is not meant for discussions or questions. For that use the GAMER'S LAIR.

2. Indiegala
On Indiegala there are two interesting threads (1) and (2) and there are several other ways to get games.
(1) Keydrops Go Here! => The place for naked key-drops, sometimes encrypted -> first one who activates it gets the game.

Be quick, because there are regularly silent ninjas spotted who steal the keys.​

(2) GAMER'S LAIR => People offer games (no keydrops). It is usual to ask for one game only. Mostly it is first come, first served.

But it all depends on the person giving the games away. When there are no takers you can ask for more games.​

(3) https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways => You get 10 Galasilver every hour, with a maximum of 240. You can use these in the giveaways.

You start out with level 0. You cannot participate in giveaways with higher levels, till you do giveaways yourself to level up to those levels.
Check "Library/Giveaways/Giveaways Completed to check" if you won something. It can take a week or longer before you win something.​

(4) https://freebies.indiegala.com/ => Games you can add to your Indiegala game-library. When you want to play it you can install the game.

Sometimes there are new games, sometimes games disappear from the freebies list. So get them in your library.​

(5) new https://www.indiegala.com/galaclient => This is a program to download and install the freebies. All freebies are listed and can be claimed.
(6) Feudalife | Try the luck win Steam keys or GalaCredit => Hack enough wood, pulverize enough stones, etc. to get galacredits or a free game.

This will cost you galasilver and the challenges are not always accessible. Most people starting out have a hard time winning.​

(7) Indiegala -> Edit signature => Make a signature and put a wishlist in it. Try to keep it 3 lines or less so people will not be offended.

Yes, it maybe hard to believe, but people read these wishlists and offer you games if they have duplicates! True story!​

(8) Community Wishlist Compendium => You can publish your wishlist here. Many people who win games in Feudalife give games here!

4. Lootboy
. . . LootBoy - die Beute-App für Gamer! . . .

Lootboy is a legitimate site.
Steam keys from Lootboy can be duplicates (this means already activated). So be aware.
Tell Lootboy about a dupe and he gets you a new key, I gather. Or 100 diamonds so you can get another lootpack with a Steam key.

This is what I do daily on the PC for Lootboy:
(1) "Daily Boost" for some coins.
(2) Then I click in the top-right corner on the diamonds for the "Exploration Quests" for diamonds.
(3) Then I used to read some comics for coins. When you have read them all rereading gives no coins. Every friday there is one new comic.
(4) And I look on the site "[Lootboy] Codes for coins/diamonds - Last Page" => you can use some introduction codes (at the top).
. . . I check if there are new codes on the last page. Redeem is top right on the Lootboy-site, the three lines.
. . . Sometimes there are special packs you can buy with lootcoins.
(5) When I have 100 diamonds I check out the loot pack with a Steam game in it.
. . . It was a real hunt finding this pack the first time. Good luck! (Or ask for help on GAMER'S LAIR)
(6) When you have enough coins you can get a "Lootcoin Lootpack", for 2000 coins.
. . . This gives you starter packs, wallpapers, soundtracks, more coins, etc.
. . . And once in a while an itch.io game and sometimes (maybe not any more) a Steam key for a game.

There are other things you can do like reviews. They seem to work, but you lose (part of) your privacy.
. . . Never use an email-address you want to keep in good working order.
. . . Some people say it got spammed after they used it to get more Lootboy diamonds.
And you can install Lootboy on a tablet. This gives you extra opportunity to get coins & diamonds!

Copy the text and search for it (use magnifying glass at the top ).
9 out of 10 times it leads you directly to a page where you find a link to click on.
