Not enough galasilver for three days

It's been three or four days of feudalife notifying me that I don't have galasilver. What should I do?

Seems like they are hugely restricting the open hours, you get that message when they close the giveaway down, they always did depending on the time of day, but now it seems to be open for a very limited window.

I always use this link https://www.indiegala.com/gameplay-giveaway which is the one linked at the homepage, if it says "The gameplay giveaway will be back in a few hours!" is because it's closed, and if you try to play the challenge you get that "not enough galasilver" message

If it's open, you'll see a "Play" button instead.

I don't think this gameplay giveaway will remain a thing for much longer, I guess too many people know about it now.

I don't think the problem is that too many people know about it, this was never meant to be a secret for a selected few. The problem is that too many wrong people know about it - scammers, abusers, people with multiple accounts. If Feaudlife Challenge ever dries out, it will be because of them.
We can't have nice things because of few greedy people... that's life I guess...

I dont know why they even do the giveaways.. maybe like epic games, just to try to catch potential customers..
or to give away keys they cant sell (like keys of games that arent sold anymore, like Dirt 2)

Im not totally convinced the giveaways have 'slowed down' because of increased demand.

Its way too easy to win the challenge, and they even give you the possibility of winning it multiple times a day (i never beat it with the malus, but some people seem to do it quite easily).. if giving too many keys was a concern they would probably make the challenge almost impossible to beat, or cost a lot more galasilvers..

I also agree with Lord Blackblood that the issue is not in people knowing about the challenges , they have been present for 2 years now.
My opinion is that they either ran out of keys, and are in process of restocking or maybe they are performing some kind of overhaul of the site .

Ofc there is the worst option is that they don't have a source to restock from anymore, or maybe its not worth for them in investing in challenges anymore . I always wondered how are they getting revenue from challenges since they never rolled out ads during them or something like that .

And ofc users with multiple accounts are the problem , but how do you fight against them ? Everyone has access to vpn this days ....

But above all I wish that support staff would comunicate more with its members , we can speculate all we want , we can't know for sure until supports staff clears what the issue is .

I think if steam is linked with IG the keys can be tracked for multiple account users.
