We are expanding to a new era. We want to make the showcase/freebie library more convenient and accessible to everyone, as well as to bring new features and functionalities. Leave feedback is over settings and settings can't be clicked on and the version number is over downloads and downloads can't be clicked. My display scaling is greater than 100%

Hello! I installed Leisure Suit Larry 1 and when i opened the game it came up with an empty ScummVM window.
I went into the installed location and the shortcut was pointing to a non-exisitng path and the start batch file is what truly started up the game.
I think maybe you should fix this.

Hello,i'm having some troubles with the client. Yesterday,during the first installation of my library issues,
it stopped to display me the installation directory page,and so i can't move on the installations.
I tried to uninstall it with revo and to reinstall it again and again,but nothing,is blocked.
What can i do?

I know this was mentioned on the previous page by TemmieOfficial, but I have something to add.
I leave the 1.5.60 beta open and I don't know if it is a result of temporary connection issues or VPN or anything, but i notice the avatar and my name goes away and when it does, I can't click on "unowned freebies".
I suspect when the connection drops, there isn't a way to re-connect without closing and re-opening the Client.
Maybe this could be resolved with a "reconnect" button."

Unfortunately, I just realized that if I click "logout" it crashes with a Java thing of 2 problems. I assumed it was the same error screen as closing from the task bar, but it is different. I will see if I can get that and attach it as a file.
It also appears, at least for "freebies", that it doesn't update when the avatar isn't working.

Update, i disconnected long enough for it to disconnect and reconnected, but that didn't do it. I don't want to leave my internet off for a few minutes to test, but since it isn't an instant thing, it means it might be a time-out issue, meaning after you connect, it stays connected for a maximum length of time, then logs out automatically.

I understand the purpose of grayscale pictures of the games library of games not installed, but when I am looking for a game to install, it would be nice to be able to see them all in color as an option.
Other than this request and the issue I reported in the previous post, I love this launcher.

Client version 1.5.60, for some reason the client doesn't show various bundles that I've bought, even if they're DRM free-downloads from webpage.
Also would appreciate filtering criteria of "Purchased game" in library, so I can better find the items I've actually decided to purchase, without having the clutter of freebies I've acquired.

As there will always be games that folks aren't interested in, please add an 'Ignore' button beside 'Install' for each game. Games being ignored will only show up when 'All' is selected on the main game listing and won't if 'Unowned' is picked. Likewise, please add a 'Tags to auto-ignore' text box to the settings page that will hide all games with those tags. (e.g. 'nsfw, hentai') This will make for a more enjoyable experience for users.

Greetings, I've installed a bunch of games - quickly enough that they "queued" and let them download in the background while I went to dinner. When I came back my client seemed fine but was unresponsive so I tried to close it, but it wouldn't close. I ended up rebooting my machine to free it up.

After logging back in, I had no game list, not even the freebies tab would show anything. I decided to reinstall to resolve and that also didn't help.

So I logged into indiegala.com to review my account there and found that my login by IP was blocked due to some rule. (I got a warning message upon login.)

I waited several minutes and then I could login - so I logged in to the IG client only t find it deleted all my installed games. I'm not sure if they nest themselves in the IG client themselves or if I did that - so could be my fault.

In any case I think the IG client must have been spamming my login and locked me out, and reinstalling probably shouldn't delete the games (if that is their default).


So, I know this is feedback for your Launcher, and I do believe you've got a good thing going here... but one other feedback I'd like to leave is that I'm also a user of GOG Galaxy, and I would love if a good plugin existed (official) that would allow me to access my IG library there with all my other platforms. (Epic, Rockstar, Steam, Etc...)

Hello, I would appreciate to have a full view of my complete library, including not downloadable games, and bundles. I would find very conveniento to be able to get the keys via the client without having to visit the website. And it would be very comfortable to see all my games without having to search them among the lots of bundles I have bought.

hi, I've just installed the client (that update itself to 1.5.61) but once I log in I see nothing, only a gray background and I'm not able to click any menu voice. I click but nothing happens. And my library is completely empty.

The 'Library' tab does not list all none steam games bought. I recently bought a bundle that has individual downloads and they do not appear in the list.
Would be good to know what 'filter' it is using behind the scenes to fill this list.

The client looks pretty nice. I actually tryed it out for the first time now.

There is only one problem I had. Preview images and videos are not visible in 1920x1080. They are half offscreen on Firefox 92 on Windows 10 (laptop).
