I seem to be having trouble with 'The Cryptographer' - "failed to initialize player. Failed to load playersettings, most likely data file is corrupted or built with mismatching editor and platform support versions".

No idea what that means, but other games seem to work.

In the "Freebies & more" section it would be really helpful if users could filter out the games that are already part of their collection.

I managed to go through most of my library and while most games work, there are several which just display 'ERROR! There was a problem launching the game', and one or two which freeze when trying to play them.
If it helps, these are some/most of them;

Ascension to the Throne
Stellar Interface
The Cryptographer
The Forgotten Dungeon
Die Young: Prologue
Ceville
Five Nations - This one is freezing when trying to load the first mission.

I am having issues with the client. Game downloads get to 100% and never finish. I hit pause and restart, reboot the client and rebooted PC, but nothing is working. I know my internet is really slow, but it does eventually get the files downloaded, it just kinda forgets what to do next.

Also, can a function be added to verify the game files similar to the one steam has? Some of my files got corrupted and I will now have to re-install the whole game...

It's slower and less responsive than the Epic Games Launcher, and that's saying something!

when i view a game in my library or in the freebies section, is it necessary to embed/load 5 separate youtube videos along with it? i can view like 5 games and then the client seems to have some sort of crash

We are expanding to a new era. We want to make the showcase/freebie library more convenient and accessible to everyone, as well as to bring new features and functionalities. Hello how can I move my library to the Client they are on the home page

I made a list of features that need improvements or if they aren't there yet:

1. Forward and backwards buttons on mouse won't work.
2. When playing a youtube video and selecting another tab on the left side to go back to games doesn't stop the video.
3. When clicking on a game somestimes video's that are unrelated are being shown next to the game.
4. You can change the install path from the settings menu. Would be better to do this at the install window, what if my selected drive is full but my other is not. Then I first have to go into the settings and switch the default download directory.
5. Also when switching this directory (I have not tried this) will it still keep the other games updated?
6. Maybe hide NSFW game by default and make users having to switch is on is better for children?
7. Loading a game page from a game in my library takes more then 1 second (5600X and 3060Ti with NVM 3.0 SSD)?
8. I have a 300 Mbit/s landline but the download only reached a maximum of 130 Mbit/s (I did a speedcheck after and still got 300)
9. There is no download speed limiter if I reach the full speed (like Steam, EA, Epic all have).
10. It maybe would be a nice addition if you could click on your username/icon and change your user page there or some sort? Also I couldn't find where on the website I change this as well.

But the client is stable and works flawlessly in this regard I can download a play a game from my library. So keep up the good work

I am able to install and run the Indiegala client, but everything is empty and unclickable (screenshot attached). I am in v1.6.6

I have tried the regular solutions:
- Logout & login
- Reinstall
- Uninstall & Install

Always same result.
My account is connected and my username and avatar can be seen, so it is not a connection problem

Am I missing anything?

I am able to install and run the Indiegala client, but everything is empty and unclickable (screenshot attached). I am in v1.6.6
