Sound like trolls. Should probably mail support rather than post here, they should be able to check if they really just downvoted everyone, and if so hopefully ban them.

My sugestion is to create your giveaways with at least level 1 or above once you can, people that have reached some giver level is less prone to give fake negative feedback, sure this is bad for people that can not give anything but behave properly.
You can do this for some games that give you great amounts of points so you can be more confident about being credited, and create lower level with games that give you less points.

I don't like this 100% but I think this the only thing we can do about it.

Question for the OP or anyone else, how do you see what feedback the person that rescived the key has given? I see nothing on his profile to indicate the number of negative/postive feedback he's given, only recived. For thay matter how do you see what messages the winner gave along with feedback for your giveaways? What's the point of the mandetory comment box. I can't find the comments left either on the giveaway page or my profile.

Yeah in this case the user has a quite good reputation, maybe he pushed the hand down by mistake :-/, looks like a very active user.
Maybe he don't want competitors and just give fake feedback so they don't get points v:-(.

However, it would've been appropriate to present us some evidence of tomalt's alleged wrong doing when you damage tomalt's reputation.
Because we don't have any reason to believe your word.
You could very well be a troll, and tomalt could be innocent.
Or you could be right. We don't know without any evidence.
Please provide some link, screenshot, whatever when you bad mouth other user.

BTW, this is why I don't make any unguaranteed giveaways.
In the Trade, if someone give fake feedback, they lose 1 trade parter.
In the Giveaway, if someone give fake feedback, no consequences.
And who can check whether key was valid or not?
No one.

You're right to doubt but I think a quick grasp of experience from the indiegala community should help you learn that OP's story is much more true than yours.
Reason to that, if he was infact a troll he would've accepted the consequences of his actions for he knows he is in the wrong.
Another, if he was the troll why would he be wasting his time posting into the forum complaining about what happened and not tomalt? and if you answer to that is "to race him to be the first one to complain so he would look like the good one" well if that is his reason. would he be posting in the forum everytime he trolls someone? that makes no sense.

Lastly, I too have experienced the same as I have created 5 legitimate giveaways and receive 2 negative feedbacks for unkown reason.

I just wanted to say that when someone accuse other users, it is his/her responsibility to provide us some proof.
