One account win, another one contacted me

So, a user send me a friend request on steam and tell me that there is a problem with this giveaway https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/detail/464741. He said that the key in the giveaway was already used. No problem here, sometimes mistakes occurs (but the key should be working) and I would have eventually replaced the key. After further investigations I noted that the account of the winner (Alex lv0 on steam https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198311797027/) is not the one who is writing me on steam ( B*****A lv37 3k+ games). Obviously I didn't replaced the key and received a negative feedback. Not a big problem but what to do whit the account on indiegala? It clearly is a fake account (he said that this is the only one but who really knows), what could/should the support do?

benia95, sorry, but the problem is my fault (https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/detail/464281). Keys to the game "Moon Bullet" blocked by the seller. I tried to activate my other keys to this game - they do not work. I gave a substitute for everyone who wrote to me about not working keys for this game.
Write me in Steam, I'll give the key to another game.
