Pass checks before unveiling serials

Hello there,

I've been annoyed by this for a while, but when I freshly purchase a bundle on IG and want to reveal the keys to add the games to my account, I always get

"Pass check for [GAME NAME]Note: A passcode has been sent to your email address. Copy and paste it in the text area below in order to reveal the serial key."

these days. So I begrudgingly log into my email to get the code, but it's not there. And it won't be there for a while. Often it takes hours or more before these emails arrive, and usually they say the key is only valid for 5 minutes. And yes, I do check my spam folder as well. At the point of posting it's been about half an hour ish that I've been waiting for the pass check email to crop up. The only email I've received related to this purchase is the payment confirmation via paypal.

I've been looking for an option to disable these pass checks since it's a real drag purchasing bundles and having to wait 'ages' before the emails come through, to the point I probably still have a bunch of unrevealed keys. I thought maybe disabling IP check would help but it didn't. I'm the only one using this computer and I only use it on two different secure networks (switching between them may occasionally mean switching IPs). I haven't always had pass checks so I don't know if it's a new-ish feature that popped up some time this year, but if there's any ways to get rid of them I'd love to know.

I intended to edit my post but it appears that'd delete everything starting at the quote, so here's a new reply instead.

I just got ONE email with a passcode. Which, according to the timestamp, was sent 3 hours ago, but I definitely didn't have it 3 hours ago. Either way the key is no longer valid. And since i tried a few times I should have gotten more than key mails, methinks. I refreshed the bundle page in the hopes to generate a new key coming my way after all this time (hoping the warm up for key emails was over) but nothing yet.

And since the pass check is IP related I don't understand why disabling the IP check doesn't disable that too, tbh.

I still hope there's a way to turn this off.

I have the same problem since summer
Very annoying.
The indigala mail server is bxxxxxxt.
Cannot use my keys.
They have to change it NOW!

Still a big issue, I cannot access my games as the mail is not delivered in time.

Same for me.
The email for the Indiegala purchase came 6 hours later and the passcode never arrives.
So the complete service is out of order for me. No chance to ever login and get my keys.
Bye bye Indiegala...

Edit:
The email arrives and is not limited to 5 minutes. I have now access to my account and i disabled the IP-check. Hope that works for the future

And guess what? No email for more than 10 hours,
So now it is time to quit Indiegala.

I found a workaround:

Logout from indiegala and login again. The mail with the profile locked key i get in seconds. After relogin i have access to the keys.

So easy, simple log out and log in and it all works fine again.
