A MISLEADING giveaway.

If there is no Steam page for it then you shouldn't be giving it away through the Indiegala system, period. You are supposed to give away what is on the linked Steam store page. You get the experience reward based on that, too. It's basically cheating to gain experience this way.

you can call it whatever you want, once again, i provided the information in the desciption what you get, you got a fair warning, if you still decided to join the giveaway then you understanded the problem as well.
i cant do anything about when there is no steam page for the key.
i cant do anything about the main indiegala giveaway page not providing any aditional information, like in this page now.

Very fair. You know, by that same logic I could start giveaways for Cyberpunk 2077 and write in the description that the key is for Bad Rats or another crap game actually.
And yes, you can do something if there is no steam page for the key. Best would be to not give away the key at all, it's a freebie anybody can claim for themselves anyhow. But if you are hellbent to give it away you could have chosen one of the 10+ Payday 2 DLCs that do have a store page but don't have a price at all or have a price lower than 1 dollars. Then at least entrants wouldn't think that they are entering for the main game. And you wouldn't gain experience unfairly.

the key i giving away is tied to the game in the title, not like you are raging with your nonsense cyberprank 2077 bad rats argument.
if i would chose some pd2 dlc then you would rage about that one as well, if somebody wants to get the key for free they can do it without joining this giveaway, nobody is forcing anybody here.
and lastly, if the winners are unhapy with the results they are free to give a negative feedback, i nowhere asked nor forced anybody here to either join in the giveaway or giving me positive feedback after the giveaway ends.
