I gave the key and later realized that is has already been redeemed so please remove it so no one can enter.

Thanks you for your answer anyway. Guess i'll just go to sleep now and check my mail later in the morning. Hope they can do something about it or i will feel really bad for anyone who would win that giveaway and i'll get a negative feedback as well .
Edit : it's been 8 hours since my email and there's still no respond from them.

Darn right i will lol.
There should be an option to cancel giveaway when it's just been created for about 5-10 minutes maybe, or at least make it so that redeemed key cannot be used for a giveaway but no, nothing. I'll try contacting the winner see if we can work something out lol.

I'm always hitting the 'Donate" button by accident.

Not my problem it's badly designed. It doesn't say what it does until you hover over it.
There's going to be more claimed keys than not on the Giveaways.

Indiegala support usually answeres within 24 hours mon-fri, im uncertain about weekends. From my experience.

User whereallyou won my giveaway, won a key for game costing on Steam 10 times more than the one he applied for and he gave me... thumbs down. Imagine. Wins 10 times more worth prize for his 1 ticket and he gives me thumbs down.
