Problem with giveaway feedback

I did giveaway with guaranteed key and after it ended winner (10days old account) who used the key left negative feedback plus that toxic piece of shit insulted me for no reason so now i want to know if its possible to fix negative feedback?

i'm not sure you can make support fix the negative feedback, but if that member insulted you, then you can report it to Azure

If it was a guaranteed key from indiegala, the feedback is automatically positive as the winner cannot provide feedback for those giveaways.

key was 100% working and i did normal giveaway instead of guaranteed one because im new with this and dont know how giveaway works works
