Just a heads up-- if this is a key from Jingle Jam 2021 (as I suspect it is), the key will actually be for Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad (+ the original Rising Storm GOTY edition). The email from Jingle Jam mislabeled the key as being for Rising Storm 2: Vietnam, but the Jingle Jam site lists RO2 as being part of the bundle and I can confirm that that's the product the key from the email redeems.

This key is from the Jingle Jam 2021. Looks like Rina Sav got two for the price of one. I got a thumbs down.
