P.S. The UI/UX of your site is still horrible af -- you need to hire a UI/UX Designer or else the traffic will only keep declining.

The UI/UX isn't the worst of it. I pre-ordered Monster Hunter World and still waiting on keys for the game. No announcemt from IG about it or when we can expect our keys. lol what a joke. I wonder what they will give as an apology/compensation when we finally receive the keys.

the official indiegala 100% chance giveawys didnt work i entered two of them a week ago and checked to see if i won (which it said was 100% and was by indiegala at the top of the page) and i got no keys

For the love of... Indiegala is a lottery. Some games are given away officialy by gamers and some by indiegala itself. The ones from gamers might have actually working legit keys, might not - depends on the honesty of the person that created that giveaway. The games given away by indiegala are 100% legit - if you won, you get a WORKING key. That's what 100% means, not that you're going to get that key for sure.
Now, about the lottery part: not everybody wins in it. Only one person - the luckiest, the chosen one, the one to be sent after the water chip. If for one specific giveaway you see the text "200 tickets sold" it means that your chances of winning are about 0,5%.
