Nearly every freebie I try to get nowadays, im told I already have in the library, but I don't see them. Not sure what is going on any more.

I have the exact same problem.
Clicking the download button from the freebies-site will lead to the library and there I can never find the games. From the library search the games are not found either and when I use the shop-search (topmost one), the link it shows just opens the freebies-site again - neverending loop.

Me too.

Same, that is when I can get to my library and not a page telling me there are securtiy issues.

Yeh ,i'm wondering is it just that i've been here for years and i really do own this stuff already or... Something else is going on.
