I am unbanned by support help
So, try to contact support if you believe your giveaways is valid.
They maybe help you.

And I think I have some suggests for IG's giveaways.
I don't know how hard to design those features. Just suggests.
I send a copy for support and post here.

1. Add account value check.
I think this giveaways should be for customers if you want use feedback system.
Maybe only open for who shopping more $5 in indiegala's store can enter and create giveaways.
like steam’s Limited User Accounts. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3330-IAGK-7663
It help people don’t create a lot of alternate account for giveaways.

2. Add game check. If you have some game, you can’t enter the same game giveaway.
Giveaways should be for you don’t have the game, not take more and more.

3. Don’t hide trade and giveaways fields when user got banned.
Lock two fields and show some message about ban.
And add an ARTICLE about Ban in Support Center.
Some people don’t know why their trade and giveaways disappear.

4. Add steam profile link in IG’s user profile.
You have to connect steam before join giveaway.
So I think it is ok to show steam profile link in IG’s user profile. (maybe in Avatar)
It is help to find someone in steam.
Use search in steam, you will find many same name user or he change name you can’t find him.

5. Feedback need fill thanks OR reason when send.
It’s help to know why you send positive or negative feedback.
And it should show in the giveaways comments.

A. Forums' link in index page should be https://www.indiegala.com/forums/home OR do a list.
I find the new post for a long time, because I allways watch https://www.indiegala.com/forums/latest_topics

Welcome discuss my suggests.
Thanks you all.

I like the idea of the account value check, I also suggested something like that to the support a while ago: The ability of only beeing able to join giveaways if your Steam account is part of the IG steam group, because you can only join groups on Steam after you spend more then 5USD on the Steam store.
Either way both options would be helpfull and if combined could really be a major drawback for scammers and users trying to abuse the system.

I think you already need to fill in the field in the field when leaving feedback, it should not be necessary when you leave positive feedback, but when you leave negative feedback it should be. I would also like to see the feedback people leave on giveaways so I/they can leave contact information and possibly solve the issue.

I support all the other suggestions you made. Maybe have the option to add your steam link to your profile, some people might want to stay anonymous even if they don't have any malicious intentions.

I try about you say:you can only join groups on Steam after you spend more then 5USD on the Steam store
I use a limited steam account with no any wallet coins or buy any game, I can join any public gruop like Indiegala.
Maybe someone have a no-limited steam account but not buy anything in indiegala.
I hope they can buy something in indiegala. It really help indiegala. :)

Maybe no necessary when leave positive feedback.
I just like say thank for who give me the game. :)

I know some people want be anonymous.
But we can't know he is active account or an alternate account if no steam profile.
If he never enter or create any giveaways and no join forum, no one will know his IG's profile also steam profile.
Make an option is a good idea.

thanks for your reply

I think making the person's Steam account visible would make a significant difference, simple to implement, and with precedent (this is how it's done on the Steamgifts site that IG copied for its Giveaways).

Currently, I don't see anything preventing someone from using your Steam name and avatar on their IG account to take advantage of your reputation from SteamRep, Steamgifts, Reddit, etc., except your having grabbed the account name first. Your Steam account is the common identity in these other places, but not IG (based on what I can tell from viewing a person's profile page). As a result, you don't even have to be on IG for someone to setup shop as you and damage your reputation. A link from your profile to yout Steam account (verified as your account when you joined IG) would prevent that.

One other effect to consider is that it would make things that affect your reputation here potentially visible through things like Enhanced Steam - linking the IG profile to your Steam profile means the plugin could show your IG feedback (or at least a link to it) on your Steam profile page, as it does with SteamRep. That does make the problem of wrongful negative feedback worse, but it could broaden the effect of poor behavior on IG (scamming, etc.) by making it more visible.

To repeat a suggestion to expand on this list, I think it would be hugely helpful if the giveaways (and trades, for that matter) could be listed by product, rather than by drawing. It could reduce the number of pages that you have to wade through tenfold or better and make it easier to focus on games you want and to ignore the ones you don't. On each game's giveaway page, you'd be able to see the drawings, and from there pick the ones you want to enter (based on their guaranteed status, expiry, pariticipants, or giver reputation).

It would improve usability for us, but it would also cut the number of page-loads and their impact on the IG servers, lightening their load, improving performance (which has sometimes been an issue). I can't think of a reason not to show drawings this way.

I agree with linking Steam profile to IG profile and making it visible (and not optional - we already have "private" option on Steam). In fact when creating an IG account you already have to link your Steam account, and you have to have it on "public" to enter mass giveaways. So why not to show that link on IG profile? Actually that's something I was suggesting over and over (and other people too) and it shouldn't take that much time and effort to implement.

As for people who want to remain "in the shade" - well, there's a downside to every system. If you want to drive - you have to have a driver license = you can't stay anonymous anymore. If you want to apply for a job - you have to get through ID check = same, no anonymity. You want to enter any kind of lottery - well, when you enter you only have to buy a ticket without any kind of veryfication, yes; but (!) when you win - you have to prove your identity, so again = no anonymity for winners. And also both SG and SC already link Steam profiles - that's already tried and tested system. Why Indie Gala have to be different in this regard?

As for account value check - I agree. But why it has to be IG Store? I buy games there from time to time, and pretty sure I've passed suggested $5 threshhold already. But first and foremost I look at Indie Gala as a bundle site (and a good one with that). I spend more, way-way more money on bundles here than anywhere else (including Steam :D ). So in my opinion any kind of purchase of sertain value - store or bundle - should be enough. There are many people who can't afford to buy games at full price and even at a discount, there's a lot of people who rely on giveaways to get any games - I understand that (especially as I have kids who like to play but can't pay for themselves yet). But if you can't afford to buy anything at all, even once, even if you have to ask you parents for a couple of bucks - maybe you should stop and look at some means of getting some incom so you can afford at least one $2 bundle?

I'm sure people would say that checking if Steam profile have limitation on it and only allowing "full" accounts (that already spent $5 to unlock Steam community features) would be enough, but this is really easy to bypass even for "puppets", so idk about that...
