Steam Key didn't come

Even I won the challange 24hours after old one. I couldn't got the steam key in my gift.giveways. Why?

Same. Also why would they punish you by taking off seconds if you bought something on the store? Maybe I misunderstood the warning when I tried to play again to get another key after the one I won didn't arrive...

Thats a removal to the seconds on the malus applied, so if you had a 9 second malus and you bought something from the store, your malus would go down to 7 seconds.
And in case you don't know, malus is time that gets cut from the 60seconds you have per challenge after you win a key, so having less malus means you have more time to complete the challenges (60s is the base and max time you can have).

It's not fixed. Just tried. Won a challenge, got the malus reduction but no key.

Yep. Two days, 7 keys "behind" at the moment.
