Looks like it. Farewell BlackDragonWhatever with the potion bottle icon. I did notice a) there was a save & edit button when whatever was in place and 2) now that it's gone, there's a checkbox in the upper right that says "Use Steam name/icon blah blah something"

Anyways a glitch is still a glitch and this thing scared a whole lot of users(me included) so I really hope the IG team will make a statement about these updates in the future to let people know not to worry.

the thing that would have made the most sense for them implementing something like this would have been an internal messaging system where, if you had a problem with a giveaway/auction/trade, you could send the other party a message directly instead of having to try to connect with them on Steam.

Still, the changes are appearing. Slowly and silently, not always the way we want to see them, but still. There somewhere was a post about improving the giveaway system, where, amongst other users, I've added a suggestion about seeing the users' rating on a giveaway ticket. Whadayasay! They've implemented it, thou not the way I've seen it.
The "error, try again later" was also fixed. Silently.
