Suggestion: No entry to GA your already own

So I've been active on Giveaways for a while now and I see the same games there every day. I have suggestion to make the duplicates and possibly risky keys disappear from giveaways!

Don't allow people to join "Not guaranteed" giveaways on products that they already have on their steam library.

What it would achieve:
- People who don't have the product get better chance to claim it!
- People who only enter to win them so they can give it away again to get more positive feedbacks would not be able to do such abuse.
- Re-giving same key over and over would stop or atleast slow down a lot!
- Risk of getting duplicate key would lower a lot since fewer people would have access to the same key.

Same rules could be used for "guaranteed" keys too if it seemed necessary!

I agree with that, also, make an "update button" (manually) to refresh your collection and lock new games to entry. Example: i win and activate an "x game" in steam, but in indiegala don't update my list with that game and I can continue participating in the game that I already have, I do not get as "already acquired" in the giveaway. (sorry for my english :c )

Not surprising with how much of the giveaway and forums have been half assed.
