Thank you indiegala, I never played vampire survivors before, just watched some streamers play it, I enjoyed Super total carnage so much, and it looks pretty similar to vampire survivors and I think when more characters and weapons come it will be a great competitor for vampire survivors :)

The game is really fun and seems to work good on my PC! Also it would be nice if the level of gore could be decreased at will by the player.
Maybe you should insert some "reminder" when the player unlocks the full upgrade of a weapon, indicating which object was used.
Also some weapons, like the mooosega (and maybe only that one), when fully upgraded, are not so effective like the they are when they have all the slots full.

One last thing: when the game ends there's some writing appearing under the background (it looks like the one that anticipates the boss). Shouldn't it be removed?

I'm looking forward to some newer versions!

Thanks for the game.

I have a few comments/suggestions. Being able to rebind the keys would be nice. The molotov cocktail seems to be way more powerful then the other two weapons that are available for all characters (is there a way to unlock more weapons for all characters? If so it's not obvious so maybe some kind of unlock page would be nice.). The guns just don't seem to be that powerful, though maybe the machine gun would be all right if it wasn't bugged to shoot in the facing direction instead of homing. Though the guns are okay when in their super form. Speaking of which, some of the weapons are worse, or at least changed so much that they don't really play the same way, when fully upgraded. Mostly the saw and molotov. Also, regen is probably way too powerful. It quickly negates any enemy hits that don't outright kill you which makes the game rather easy. I pretty much breezed through it without trouble without having bought any upgrades since regen negated the attrition aspect of the game. Also a more obvious damage sound would be nice. as the current one dosen't really stand out.

Hope some of those things I noticed will be helpful and thanks again for letting us try the game out.

Quite addicting and fun. Of course needs more stuff in order to avoid being repetitive, but I know it's an early build and it really fells like there's more coming. I added it to my website.

Good game, is very fun i know is a alpha but i want to say some ideas.
1. Aim option: the aim is a little annoying because the character need to face the enemie for shoot him like if the enemy is up u need to go up, if can add the mouse aim or keybinds for aim, that can be more useful for the gameplay
2. Damage system: the damage system is good but not overall because there is no cooldown per hit so ur character being red and take damage without stop and the health of the character is so high, so can be a iframe per damage but less max health for the character.
3. modding options: this is a game with a lot of hidden features one of that is modding, because with making mods the game will be more enjoyable like make your own weapons or characters, etc. That make a modding comunity publishing creative, original and crazy features.

Thats all i see a very good future for this game. So i recommend this game a lot

I agree with Dai Knight. Currently the biggest flaw in the game is that your weapons don't match the style of the game. If you're going to have endless waves of enemies that you can't stop to kill then you really need to separate the aim from the movement direction. Make it shoot towards the cursor position so you can move while "aiming" with the mouse.

Optionally I'd make it so weapons like molotovs are thrown "on demand" with a right click instead of randomly throwing them around because then you have to move around to lure enemies to the fire, it's not effective in a game that doesn't really give you a lot of freedom to move when you're chased by endless hordes.

Regarding the hordes, maybe they should have a limit, I've experienced sudden slow downs that are likely to be due to rendering too many enemies at once.

Tried the new version. It's a bit annoying that it requires the Indie gala client now but whatever. There are two issues I noticed after a couple quick games.

1. For whatever reason, the rats stampede push away the other enemies instead of going through them, so if you move to avoid the rats, you might still get hurt by the enemies that are pushed towards you.

2. The weapon pool is messed up now, it only offers Molotovs as a weapon. This means Ricgian is objectively the worst character as he's then limited to a single weapon throughout the run, while for other characters the lack of extra weapons means killing enemies takes longer and there's less upgrades to pick so leveling up or getting burial urns becomes useless quite quickly (specially if you grab the Pope's head perk)

The worst impact of that change though is that you can no longer avoid getting the "upgraded" molotov that seriously SUCKS. Having pools of fire dealing continous damage is miles better than bouncing flames that only hit each enemy once or twice. If you really want an upgraded version of the molotov it should be a circle of fire around the character, that disappears after a bit like the chainsaws.

Delete the steam dlls in the game folder and it will open without requiring purchase of the steam version. They shouldn't include those dlls in the Indie Gala download.

All you need to do is delete the steam dlls in the game folder

Free, but steam and THIS page say to pay for it?
Maybe if unpaid testers are wanted, the maker should FIX this issue for everyone, instead of basicly lying about it being 'free' and waisting peoples time.
