one of my giveaways is doubled. This come from the bad performance of your website. I want to create a giveaway. It was not possible - always stoped on Retry-Button. Now I take a look in my Giveaway-history and see the giveaway two times as ready!

Please delete it. Please beware me of negative feedback. May be one of the winner used the key. The Key is lost if you delete the two giveawys. Please build a unbuggy webservice.

Forum moderators can delete ALL giveaways for any specific game, but sadly at this time, we cannot delete individual giveaways..

I informed the winner on Steam. He got a new, second key by Steam-message. But unfortunately I got no answer. The key is not registered.

thank you for your feedback. But your feedback do not help. Never you should tell costumer what you can't do. I know that you can't help here. Thank you for your note (workarround - don't push the Retry-Button). In another thread I got the hot tip by mods to write to support. If I would ever do that, I would have written in 7 days 3 e-mails. Life is short, lifetime is valuably. IG has a big problem with the marketing (take a look to wiki). IG do not (is unable) enough to offer a save and professionell webservice. All problems are known since months. If IG is unable to do it themselves, IG should take money and instruct a profesionell websidebuilder and rent better bandwith. The giveaway-section and performance of the website is rudimentary. If you have not enough money, you have also a big problem with the marketing.
