It's not working properly on a modern PC. It skips the audio of the dialogues in the middle automatically. That's really disappointing.

It took me a single google search to find a work-around. The game was created for older Windows versions, it depends on you to make sure you can run it on a current system.

May be something with the latest graphic driver if sound doesn't work.
I've had a similar issue in Shadow of the Tomb Raider recently.
Try a different driver..
