Considering its historical association with "Cryptography" that predates the emergence of cryptocurrencies, Personally, I believe that this connection fits well within the context.

However, I would love to hear your perspective on why you think it might not be suitable.

I agree with you. Unfortunately, many do not bother to learn history. There is also the sad trend to assume a prefix can refer only to one expanded term (usually the one most recently or commonly used).

My dude. The game's description mentions CRYPTOCURRENCY in the very first sentence. Why are you all like this? For pretending to be so educated, you've failed at the simplest skill of all: Reading.
