Unable to access any of my Gameplay Giveaways

Suddenly am not able to access any of my gameplay giveaways. Under the G Giveways tab it says
"Your Gameplay Giveaway won
Passwords will be sent with the gift link to the specified email address."

Obviously no password have been sent to my email address. If I click on an old email link for a giveaway it just goes back to my library. Have contact support 3 times over the last month or so but haven't yet had a reply. Any ideas what to do next?

My G. Giveaway are broken, not all prizes are shown, just three of them. There are a solution please?

Your Gameplay Giveaways list is actually empty.

Looks like I am not the only one having problems with G. Giveaways. Its very frustrating been able to access them easily for years and now they are they are there but simply can't access them.
