Unable to redeem key!!

I cant redeem the keys that I have bought yesterday and I contacted support, please help me with this problem.

Ya I got refunded and I bought it again and didnt work this time too

I don't think that should matter - galacredit is as valid as card (unless your card got declined or something).
But if you do several refunds on your card in a row it might get blocked - and more likely by your bank.

Well, in my case it matters. Buying with card - no problem, buying with galacredit - problem (all was ubisoft games).

Hmm... that's definitely an issue for CS - for both of you guys.
I've used both credit card and IG-credits before, both for bundles and in-store without problems. Not sure if location is of the matter - I'm in CA, USA.

My theory is: Buying any game with card should work fine (i have this experience), but buying NOT Steam game (for example Ubisoft) with galacredit will not work somehow.
Please @paula, can someone of IG staff check this problem. Thank you!
