Use this Steam key.. if you can(?

So.. i just got a random-game steam key from a page called "dupedornot" (kinda like "MarvelousGA")

But when i try to activate it i get this: "Please first activate the original game. The code you've entered requires ownership of another product before activation".
Since i don't know which game this DLC key belongs to (great one there, giving a DLC key of an unknown game) well.. i'll just gift the key here and hopefully someone has the BASE game to activate this key.. (i don't know where else to "gift" this, so i'm sorry if it isn't the right or best place)G3RXW-TL658-9HG7EGood luck!

Using a browser trick I get the description text "Daedalus (Character for Occult Raise)"

So it seems to be a character for a game called Occult Raise but the game seems to be removed from store.
