How long I have wait to get a reply from support@indiegala.com? I have emailed them about 2 weeks ago and without getting a reply.

Thank you for answering my question,"my internet is working confirmed because your answer ^^(I am not a ghost on internet)-just joking-", but, I will wait until tomorrow, and then I will try resend the same content e-mail, I still trust them (T-T).

And another week that I have resend the e-mail and without getting a reply, I am tired of waiting at least I would like a reply like "we can't do anything" but no even that.
Farewell forever indiegala, I will never buy a s..t from them again ^^.

If your having a problem and you email them it has to go through channels .. SO in certain instances it could be a wek or even never. If it is something wrong with the website they usually Just fix it instead of emailing you back you would notice it was fixed .. if you emailed them about not recieving something they usually just send it to you. Once again your won't get an answer just the item. There are also times they do email you back and it goes in your Spam so you never see it. So basically if they don't reply and you feel you need one email them again. AND make sure you don't have their emails blocked.

I would email support give them your old email and soem infor about your account and I am sure they can fix the situation
