The subdomain changes depending if the games are IndieGala freebies (https://freebies.indiegala.com/) or if it's a developer's showcase. When it's the latter, the subdomain will be the name of the developer instead of "freebies". If you visit https://www.indiegala.com/showcase you'll find many examples of games where the link does not start with "freebies".
