What happened to my prizes?

I won 2 challenges but still no new prize in my library... I waited almost 5 minutes but still nothing.
What is happening?

Really?? This is a pretty serious problem if everyone playing the challenges is experiencing this issue.
I am thinking if I have to send a mail to Indiegala support.

It seems that everyone that play Challenges don't get any keys but why?

Won 6 challenges got 0 keys. Something definitely wrong. They either ran out of keys or maybe somebody was trying to fix something and accidently broke/changed something else . Sended a msg to support hopefully they'll see it and fix this.

I'd say it's a bug, because yesterday morning I played and got my keys fine, then at noon the whole website was unreachable (server not found error) and then when it was working again in the afternoon, people started reporting not getting keys - Feudalife challenges show a new version was uploaded yesterday (5th march) in the afternoon, so my best guess is the new version of the game causes the error

It took 3h but I finally got it in my inbox. Seems it was just a matter of patience
