Also watch out when creating guarenteered giveaways.. If u get Inconsistency of data.. It will grab your key and set to trade or giving in progress.
But it wont create the giveaway. Dropping the key into nothingness.

Happened 3 times for me in 3 days.

This happens from time to time. Just e-mail support to unlock the key for you but dont try to give it away again or the same thing will happen. I just activate the key and give it away or use it.

I have the same problem as Gamer2014.
I buy 1 games on Indigala for the given as gifts, but the gift has bug, no key and no gifts.
For my first purchase on indigala I expected better.
