Do you have the IndieGala Helper extension installed? I'm seeing what you are on Chrome with the extension installed, but on Firefox where the extension is out of date I am seeing images.
I think it might be related to the endless scrolling because giveaways at the start of the page do have images on Chrome. But I think it once it gets to the endless scrolling for some reason the images go away now even though that never happened before.

Disable the infinite scroll function off the IndieGala Helper resolves the issue for me.
