no they won't, they don't replace keys anymore, a lot of people were abusing the system About IndieGala Giveaways & Duplicate Steam Keys — IndieGala help & documentation portal 1.0 documentation . but yeah, just unlucky I agree. I've had only about 3 duplicates in the last 30 days

After winning 100 keys my duplicate + invalid keys percentage is 9%. After winning 50 keys the percentage was 2%. I don't know, maybe i was just lucky at first or maybe there are more bad keys circulating now.

Currently there is no way to find out what game the key is for without activating it.

ok than If I activate a key and it says that I already own the game will the key work if I gave it to a friend who doesn't own the game?
