finally got some games that (i think) haven't yet been mentioned here

Blood Knights
Crash time III
Perimeter
Trapped dead

Edit: PolyCube and Black desert were not won via Indiegala, my bad.

Even with a 6 second malus You can win Chopping and Mining with no problem.
Fighting is possble with a 12 seconds malus if the enemies cooperate.
Unfortunately they kinda fixed the Watering challenge so I wouldn't bet on that one anymore.

Isn't that thread meant for duplicate keys that actually work i.e. If I win the same game twice and I want to gift the key?

The duplicate key MASTERPOST is for those keys that steam says are already used when you try to activate them.
The kind that gives you this error: "The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account. This code cannot be used again. Please contact the retailer or online seller where the code was purchased for assistance."

The watering challenge is actually still doable. I'm one of the few who managed to do it (but not super consistent). It requires perfect pixel coordination.
EDIT: Speaking of that, I just managed to do it today with the 12 second malus. It's just perfect pixel coordination.

Certainly but once you get to the 12 second malus challenges, none of the challenges have a 100% win. The archers sometimes work, the hoeing challenge sometimes work, and then you have the watering challenge.
