I won a key when I redeem on steam it says I already have it, but when I go on with the page it says after some seconds "steam can't install it" (timeout connection) and doesn't show me which game is. Then I checked on Sign In and it says it is "Cargo! - Retail (BitComposer)". I already have the game but the license is "Cargo! - Retail" and not bitcomposer. Have you maybe experienced in same game but different license name? Do you think is the same game but different license? I google it I found this 'Cargo!' Signed By bitComposer, Gets Delayed - Screens it looks to be the same.

should be the same game, in my opinion -> https://steamdb.info/app/41740/subs/ --> package ID 7871 is the Bitcomposer one, and ID 7713 is the plain Retail one, but if you click on them both of those IDs unlock one subID 41470. I'd say they are the same game
