EDIT: it does give cards, I was wrong - badge did not show up in browser, but in the desktop client it shows 3 cards!

It drops. Maybe you had f2p license activated before this key and that can interfere with card drops (at least it does for some other games). Try removing f2p license.

definitely not, I have never owned a multiplayer game in my whole life. The cards are not available for me, maybe it depends on the what the key activation is -> mine activated as "Skara - starter pack". Maybe there are multiple packages in the feudalife challenges, and I just got unlucky and received a package without cards
