Won Giveaway but just one issue.

I won a giveaway today but I don't see any option to mark the giveaway as received nor any way to give feed back

If it's a guaranteed giveaway, then it will be marked automatically.

on a guaranteed giveaway there is no feedback!
no feedback because "guaranteed".

If this happen with a non guaranteed ga ... wait 15 min and reload.

Hey guys I don't know how to start a topic so can somebody teach me how? Also, when I go on "My Libraries" it says it sent a code to my email because apparently I used a different IP last time I was on which was a long time ago (few months). I go on the email (checked if it was the right one) and nothing happens. It's been 2 full days roughly and still nothing. Tried a few more times and still nothing on my email. Can someone help me and teach me how to ask for indiegala's support, please?
