Hi, I'm getting this issue now too! I bought 2 bundles a few weeks ago, and they were there yesterday. But both are gone now.

Brought the bundle, but I don't see any steam keys - just game name and download button under bundle. Also I am pretty sure I brought things before (and I can assign the in the "Trades - Your game - Bundles", but I don't see anything on my account except last bundle.

It does state, that "all games can be activated on steam". Maybe missinformation?
I kinda suspect all the bundles get that message, unfortunatelly (but not 100% sure). but here is a thing to check out for yourself: did the bundle you bought have the "upper" image or the "lower" image? That's how you can usually tell if it's meant for Steam or not (also very useful: check the games in the bundle individually on the IG store -> if they activate individually on Steam, the bundle will very likely as well, but if the games individually are direct download, then the bundle will also be probably)

Ok, I agree. My bad. As I don't visit this site too often thought that message is ok. Although did some investigation, but this message... I will call it missinformation anyway.

Yeah, I agree that it's strange that the message appears on your bundle that it activates on Steam although it doesn't. I don't think it's done on purpose, but definitely an oversight from IG

One time out of six tries did my library show the 3 games I got last night. Quickly screenshot it with the Epic key showing and copied it as well; the other two steam keys were hidden. Went to Epic to redeem the code and when I went back to website my library was empty. Tried logging in on 3 different browsers and finally on a different computer, different OS and still library shows nothing. Doesn't give me confidence to purchase here again. Anyone know why this happened?

Okay. Here's what I did to resolve the issue: used the search icon and typed in the first word of game purchased and it came up with key. The person who thought the purchases were under showcase....well my past "freebies" showed up there but not my game purchases from last night. So not sure why this is happening, but at least the website retrieves the game if you search your library for it.
