go to the game folder > Binaries > Win32 > UDK.exe

and yeah, you need to accept a Unreal licence I don't know why

Click on the "showcase" tab. Scroll down to find your game (there may be multiple pages, scrolling down will show them). Click on your game. Then click on the windows icon to download for windows. Once downloaded many games are ready to play, some may require you to click on a setup or install file.

You've probably already claimed the game before. Same happened to me, and probably a lot of other people. I had to go to the Library by pressing the download button (https://www.indiegala.com/library), then Showcase (the tab, not the dropdown menu of the same name), and then just click spam ">" till you find the right page (9th page in my case).
