I got my first negative feedback from crashforce3212 for a game that I am absolutely positive the key was valid. I have tried to contact him/her on Steam but to no avail. It seems like there are some really spiteful winners in the giveaways and it might reduce the negative feedback for valid keys if there was a way to give negative feedback and/or automatically ban them after a certain number of negative feedbacks.
I realize that there are unscrupulous givers that put up good games with lots of points in an effort to dump keys for crummy games that have lots fewer points (I recently hit one of those) or just keys that don't work at all hoping the winner will ignore the feedback. But if givers can be banned for negative feedback, then recipients should also be banned for excessive negative feedback.
The current system makes me not want to create any more giveaways...
