''Error 500'' is not making me redeem my code

So I just purchased Agatha Christie: ABC Murders and got the "Error 500" message. Should I wait or contact support right away? Thanks.ABC key.PNG

I can confirm, after receiving a response email from Support, the [Error] persists and am unable to produce a redeemable key.
At this point I am not sure it makes a difference what the titles are(these being part of a marquee sale), but for thoroughness,
I purchased Contra & Castlevania Anniversary Collection(s), as well as Super Bomberman R.
The emai I received was highly personable (presumably automated, if not a "template" response) and consisted of this, verbatim:
Hi,

Please try again now.

I remain patient, optimistic, yet eager. It has given me pause to reflect on the nature of impulse purchasing, haha...and whether these "HELP" forums are navigated by moderators or some variation of consumer support/customer service XD
Indeed, I think we're here to offer one another some form of positive morale. In seriousness, I do hope everyone is getting taken care of and, soon, any frustrations you're having are alleviated! 👍 I am on day 2 and some hours past purchase...have any of you others having errors/problems been waiting 3+ days?

Okay I'm probably a really lucky woman but I exited my profile and came back like 20 mins later after initial purchase and succesfully redeemed? WOW! Happy about it :) Good luck to the rest of you guys

Not sure if this counts, but I purchased Stellaris DLC on Saturday and still cannot access the codes due to this error.

I have the same problem after buying Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience. I couldn't get the Steam key.

They came through. The keys are generated and redeemable! Hope noone has to wait too much longer....

Purchased Stellaris: Utopia late Saturday. Still not redeemable more than three days later. Contacted support yesterday and so far the only response was what looked like an automatically generated one saying they are looking into it.

Same here with the Petite InvertMouse bundle. I retried this morning and just now but there is a nodatafound message.
Sent a message to the support yesterday with no answer so far.

Already emailed yesterday about the problem but no response at all.

I'm having the same problem with outer worlds, it's still broken. When I click redeem it just says 'error 500' and tells me to email support.
