Here's a gullible cheater who's using at least 13 accounts to improve his odds in the raffles (and it's been working at level 0 for a while now):
And here are some more accounts, I presume all belonging to the same 1 or maybe 2 guys:

Quesd

coco34lam
finaye
fioran
melssion
minary
nniewa
sinaha
venell
xellan

anitahariton
anton
elbor
figura
igor
perdun
vavilov
yaga

I'm not sure how many blacklist slots the Level 9-10 gods are allowed, but I'm guessing there are too many cheaters at level 0 to blacklist them all, even for those folks. So if you care about cheating, I'd advise just setting all giveaways to at least Level 1, as soon as you reach that level yourself.

Blocking level 0 is nearly useless, they are a lot but every one have a slim chance of winnig, is better to use the few slot available to block illigit midlevel player, being them alt that pass the same games between them or account that spam a lot of not-working\demo codes in the hope of getting some points here and there.

Hi, I realized that you are looking for scammers. But I don't quite understand what gives what you write, for me, and for others, but if it will scare away those who take the keys and create their own distributions with them, or put negative reviews for working keys, then I'm only FOR it! I have 2 of these (1 took the key and created a new distribution with it - 2 took the key, activated the key on steam, put a minus)

If someone put a negative for a working ley of the right steam game you can contacti IndieGala for help (at least they get banned or something).

If it is a non-steam game, or the wrong package of the same game nothing can be done sitewise but blacklisting them is the best way.
