nothing you can do maybe contact the support but you have to deal with it... i know it's frustrating but it doesn't matter

it may not necessarily be maintenance, sometimes the challenges are just... closed. And sometimes they are closed for several days, at least they used to be in the past. Or they used to only be open for 1 hour per day and then close. Maybe we are approaching such a time. Or maybe they are really tweaking something

EDIT: btw the challenges were already open today, for approx 10 minutes or so, max 15 mins and then closed again

Ok, thanks, I hope they will be open soon and that they will not rework so much the gameplay.

so i have a question ..
do i need to play more than 1 time a day (after getting a key) to get more chances in the day after that ?
i have redeemed 78 keys so far and idk anything about that yet ..
i will really appreciate it if someone replies

I think it works like this:
  1. The more keys you win in a day, the higher the chance to get a key from a higher tier key pool (Tier 1/2/3).
  2. When the daily malus reset happens, your chance of getting a higher tier key also reset.
Again, not enterily sure if thats the way it works, but its probably close enough.
So just win as much as you can I guess?

so in order to do this, i have to play the challenge even after getting my daily key ?

wait really ? but when i try to play for a second time it says that won't get a steam key .. I'm sorry but can you explain this more clearly for me ? I'm kinda a newbie

for "Giveaway locked due to suspicious activity" its temporary, the cause as you know it, is changing ip and using dynamic ip
