You should be able to win even with around -20 malus with hoeing.

with 52 seconds I am 10 points away from winning that challenge, and that I do it quite fast, but it is on average 2 holes per second, even so I don't get to win, I don't know, I'll have to practice more...the closest I was in 52 seconds was cutting trees, I was two hits away from cutting 8, but not even close in the others

Hoeing it's pretty easy once you learn the optimal way to do it. You don't have to keep a straight line but you have to do it in each direction before moving so you can get some seconds, basically instead of doing hoe right, move right, hoe right, etc. you do hoe up, right, down, left, move right, hoe up, down, right, go right, etc.

For trees just check how many hits you do with the small ones and try not to swing once more. Also it's better for that challenge to be the first challenge and try not to repeat that with a malus.

I think this change will help others that havent won a lot of keys.
I won like 18 keys and failed a lot for not having enough time or rng being bad on me.
I would like archers being easier I never won kill 11 archers I can only kill 8 archers in total.

Here is an almost accurate assumption from an user:
(not guaranteed to gain gala credit, more like minimum score to have a chance at gaining gala credits)

Has anyone tested what the minimum score is to be eligible for gala credit reward? Especially when the malus is high, I'm wondering if it becomes impossible to earn beyond a certain point. Also to stop trying so hard with impossible challenges... Above 75% completion seems to be the...

Ok , I gotta ask, nobody has to answer , but did they reduced the drop rate of galacredits even further ? Before I was able to get 10-15 cents and 2 keys per run , but this last entire week has been horendous , lucky if I get 5 cents , can't even remember when is the last time I saw famous...

The malus timer is a lie

When I normally do the challenges with 60 seconds timer, I usually finish them in about 50 seconds. But I have been trying to win them with a -7 seconds timer, and I can barely get close to finishing them. So I did a little test, started a timer alongside the challenge and guess what?

Challenge shows that I had 53 seconds whereas the timer only counted 47. So unless there has been a glitch in the temporal matrix, the system is lying. Why not just write there that the malus is -13 seconds instead of -7? What is the point?
