@DbLH3liX I hope you finished this week's AWA Steam Quest early(y), Sorry you didn't get Last week's :( .
Btw, what's hrm? 🤔
This weeks? Not DBD? but but but if I wait, in a day or so we're gonna hit the first 25arp for dbd and I can use a booster for that PLUS a weekly game quest, no? 🤓

The hrm was me deciding whether or not to whine to support about not getting 25 arp for idling a game for two hours lol (no I never got it)

the hrm was me wondering if I could keep it secret from them if I reported my missing arp 🤭
I wouldn't even worry about it, like I said above...if they could tell the difference it would be blocked.

I doubt they even WANT to tell the difference since it probably clocks as hours on the server side as well and helps the channel.

Be happy i resist the "cookies", I'd be way too good at it and I'd end up making a multi account idler in the process.

Nobody wants me to go to the dark side :ROFLMAO:

I watched a bit of Calisto Protocol playthrough yesterday on Twitch . Game is so gorgeous when running on 4090 , hardware I won't probably be able afford in my lifetime :ROFLMAO:
Its getting harder to distinguish games from real life
They actually did a Matrix movie scene awhile back that was really impressive, but that is way better...the only thing that was really off in the matrix one (ironically) was the skin tone and a few shadows...otherwise you would have thought it was the movie.

Thats crazy though.

Outside the stunning visuals tho , game is getting very mixed reviews , looks like OG Dead Space is still better . Looks aren't everything right ? ;)
If they were, todays games would actually be good...I put more playtime into "A boy and his blob" which was released for NES originally than I put into half of my modern AAA games

Downfall is one of my favourite game these past years and it looks very unremarkable to say the least , a small and obscure indie game that doesn't even have 1k reviews on steam . And it literally costed me a dollar .

It's so interesting to read your reviews on the games you've recently played. Do you generally play them start to finish, if they have an end, time permitting?

I've come to the conclusion to take the reviews written under the game on steam with a grain of salt unless they seem genuine. The ones that are overly gushing are either seriously crap games or they were given free (feel obliged to give a good review in return?). I dunno. I've become sceptical. Yours are in depth and interesting.

Out of your November games I added Tukoni which seems like a nice chill game to play. Thanks.
Curious if you bought Bury Me, My Love on IG on sale (last week maybe?) and what your thoughts would be on it. Im hoping to get around to playing it soon.
In my opinion this is one of the best games i've won in feuda.
Yes, at first it seems that there are too many levels, but each episode (letter) has same logic, so once you understand it, you can go through the entire episode in one sitting. it's still a month to complete it, but I'm really enjoying it :)
@dblh3lix , thank you :) I'm glad you enjoy them!
I only write about the games that I completed fully within each month. For example, I had played Lyne on and off over the last handful of months, I just so happened to make a final push in Nov! On the flip side, I beat Battle Chef Brigade's main story last month, but I'm still working through the daily challenges to unlock all the artwork, so that review will come when I finish that.

As for genuine reviews - I've had some games start weak and end strong, and vice versa, so I really try to avoid a final impression until the credits roll. When I review, I try to avoid absolutes like "Don't play this game!", because we all have different tastes and should make our own impressions. I've loved some games with 'Mixed' reviews on Steam and not enjoyed some 'Very Positive' games. Sure, I could have saved some time spent completing less-than-ideal games, but I'm a completionist and even games I don't end up liking help me in the future, as they help me clarify what I do like.

I didn't buy Bury Me, My Love, but I put a lot of entries for its giveaway on this site (Which I lost) 😩 I like how games as a medium can tackle difficult issues like that and leave longer lasting impressions because of the interactivity. If you play it let me know what you think!

@vic-viper I'm glad you're playing through Lyne too! Talk about timing! Let me know when you finish it up :)
I will say, content-wise, it's one of the best bang-for-your-buck games you can get in Feuda. Steam says I put over 60 hours into it 😳I think my wording may be a little harsh on the game - I still definitely recommend it for puzzle lovers. I just wanted to give a warning to completionists like me lol, and while I do agree they shift up the logic in the sets, it wasn't enough over time to make much of a difference to me.
One thing I didn't note that I really appreciate about Lyne is you can skip ahead to other levels within a set if you're stuck on one! It's not a linear progression of levels like some puzzle games so if I was stuck on one level I could try some others, reset my brain, and then go back to solve the hard one all while making overall game progress.
Thanks again for the game 🤩
