Downfall is one of my favourite game these past years and it looks very unremarkable to say the least , a small and obscure indie game that doesn't even have 1k reviews on steam . And it literally costed me a dollar .

Ya, that certainly doesn't look impressive...and has even bad reviews to top it off. Beauty is in the "eye of the beholder" I suppose.

One of the rarest gems I found back on PS3 was Resonance Of Fate (now called RESONANCE OF FATE/END OF ETERNITY on Steam), which is still on my wishlist in case if ever goes cheap enough to add, just to have down the road.

Its not an indie game by any means, but its the strategy of tile power ups on the map, the Run N Gun RPG combat (literally lol), and how you can enhance your guns that made the game a masterpiece...I barely even remember what the characters look like tbh, even though you had a wardrobe in your "base"-ment apt, I suppose you'd call it

hidden low price list just looks like accident

It's not hidden, it is publisher/developer mistake to not manually input region pricing, old steam suggested was very low.
new suggestions already in effect and much, much higher
steam now gives red ! alert to putting game price and tells if too cheap compared to recommended, which is now much closer to dollar. before, there was no alert and most didnt know

so i expect "price glitch" is solved, valve made it so it wont happen anymore unless on purpose
also expect winter sale to be last good prices before most developer hike price.
changing price in any region has 30d cooldown where they cant do any sale, so most waiting cuz they dont want to miss big winter event

callisto review bomb is due to stuttering performance. it seem to be unreal engine shader problem, forum has posts of how to fix

They were, and don't get me wrong...the user in charge was a decent person.

But

I even donated something from my library to the GA, when that didn't change their mind...I never looked back except to see that message.

I couldn't even find the page again now without hunting.

An the forums really were terrible, even compared to gala lol.

I'm not bashing GOG really, I'm just saying its two completely different atmospheres.

I cringed making a wl here, feeling like i didn't have the right to do that when I was truly new to the entire site...not two days later I had 3 games from (at the time) total strangers.

i think if i remembered correctly,there were sometimes people who were cought trying to sell the keys they were gifted.the origanal giveaway(the first one was probably a more relax version compared to the one you're talking about

I've no doubt...but someone willing to gift after being denied should be shown a little courtesy

Even I doubt new users when they come here, I fully understand. But I wasted a week or so seeing if I could turn it around.

They also had a posting rule which made it so you couldn't really be "active" , I think thats when I got a little irritated heh.
