I'm a little slow today (today...yeah, right), but.....what does ROW stand for?

'ROW' stands for 'Rest of World', which is a term used on Steam to indicate that a game key can be activated and played in any region that doesn't have a specific region lock. Basically, if you see a game labeled as 'ROW', you're good to go no matter where you are on the planet.

Luckily i don't have that problem, never saw a game that doesn't activate in my country.

There are keys that are restricted, so even if the game isn't, the key might be. The reverse is true too. I have two games that are not available in my country, Steam page just says "This item is currently unavailable in your region" but I activated the games by keys that weren't restricted, so I can install and run the games. I just can't see the store page.

I watched after many years the Army of The Darkness and I really enjoyed it! When I rewatched the movie I realized Bruce Cambpell has some rensemblance with Jim Carey and I thought Jim would be perfect to act in that movie. So I searched on youtube and I found there is a deepfake version with him lol. I would love to watch the whole movie with Jim Carey!

I just don't like RTS, i'm honestly missing the entire Sudden Strike series too and I hear thats a good game if you like the genre so it was the only one of any interest to me.
