My Steam account is connected, but a lot of things aren't working right now. I logged in by resetting my password. After that it allowed me some functionality on the main site. The forums were unaffected as far as I can tell.

Yes, for a week or so? They're supposedly doing maintenance, for a few hours, but it's been pretty broken ever since. They did fix the challenges, but they don't add silver. When they first started, challenges didn't work at all, so that's some small amount of progress.
