Memes, memes everywhere. I looked up the origin of this one, and Buzz doesn't even say that. Woody looks upset because he's looking for his hat, and Buzz is being chill telling him he'll be making smoes in no time. Does Buzz mean smores? Possibly, but he said smoes. Not smoes everywhere. Smoes in one specific place. He's asking Woody to imagine the smoes.
All this reminded me of George playing Trivial Pursuit. The question was "Who invaded Spain in the 8th century?" and the Bubble Boy correctly? answers Moors, presumably MOORS. George insists that the card says "MOOPS" with the line on the R missing, looking like a P. George then gets strangled.

But thats whats enjoyable about memes...imagination. I mean considering nobody reads paperback books anymore (except ivo and vic--separate people this time
) its better than nothing...now what makes them irritating is when one person makes a clever one and 70245 people start posting it or worse selling it on like t-shirts and crap. Then you have unoriginal instead of imagination and it just becomes some desperate attempt to have 5 minutes of fake fame online or a cash grab...or both, like youtubers who don't have a half an idea what they're even talking about and found the video concept on like reddit and diy pages...by another idiot I feel about those situatuons the same way you feel about post reactions...likely much worse. Its cool someone was clever or witty, on a rare occasion even intelligent...but you can't be either one of those after stealing it from the last page you were on.
But ABSOLUTELY NOTHING beats when people get historic or philosophical quotes wrong

Sure, I don't mind. I just didn't remember Buzz saying that. I also wondered why Woody looked so weird. That was kind of their dynamic, Woody the straight man, Buzz never taking anything seriously.
So I looked it up. It was nothing like the meme. The same with the origin, it was about dicks apparently. Someone on 4Chan didn't appreciate how many anons were posting porn, so the first x, x everywhere, was dicks.
Then the smoe thing reminded me of George, so I included that too.
