this is what I call: someone has nowhere to spend their free time...
and the winnings were worth the effort, is this at least some kind of masterpiece like bad rats?
To be fair, there are many good games winnable in Feudalife. Europa Universalis III - I won it last week. It was always my favourite EU game. UFO Afterlight - one of the three UFO games, a decent X-COM games created in the time when we all thought we'd never play a new X-COM game again. Galactic Civilisation and Space Empires - both franchises are nice additions to the 4X genre. Aquanox 1 and 2, Grotesque Tactics, Gorky 17...

P.S.

Must not forget Disciples. I love that franchise - especially Disciples 2 Gold.

Yes, there are many good games there, most of them can be safely called classics, but the last time I won there, I didn't come across any of those. That's why I'm asking, I'm really curious.
I don't just keep these games in my library, but I also play some of them from time to time (just yesterday I finished The Flying Dutchman!), so the whole library of what I've won is really good. Bot play 3 hourt to win something... Really?
I was too lazy to sort through the winnings since it started working, so I just wrote them down in a column, could say I made my own chronology, and there's very little interesting here, I'd say two normal keys. There are a few from good classic games, but they won't work 90% of the time.

PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate
The God's Chain
Defenders of Ardania
Kings Bounty: The Legend ๐Ÿ’€
Miner Wars 2081
Robin Hood: The Legend of Sherwood
Knock-Knock (y)
Droplitz (y)
Motorama
Sang-Froid - Tales of Werewolves
Sacred Gold ๐Ÿ’€
Vessel
Astervoid 2000
Necrovision
Warrior Kings
Finding Teddy
Zombie Shooter ๐Ÿ’€
Beast Boxing Turbo ๐Ÿ’€
Space Trader ๐Ÿ’€

Yeah, I love all King's Bounty games - which is expected because I said I love Disciples.
I'll wait a few days to see if Feuda will work again and then offer all the Feudalife games I won in the Lair.

The rewards were:

Shadowgrounds Survivor
M.U.D. TV

My favorites were:

Men Of War
Men Of War Red Tide
El Matador
Europa Universalis IV
Faces of War
Mount & Blade ( but I won this after I bought it on Steam, still gonna add it )
Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword
Red Orchestra 2
Red Faction Games
Darksiders Games
S.T.A.L.K.E.R Games
Death to Spies: Gold
Contagion
Supreme Commander Games
Flatout Games are good, not 3.

Not won here, but in the list of free games, you can win here:

Titan Quest Anniversary Edition ( got it for free back in 2021 ) - way too good not to mention

I never played the Commandos games on PC either, only on mobile years ago, but I remember them being pretty good even back when phones still had physical buttons. :ROFLMAO:

And most likely, there are many I missed, but those are the first that come to mind currently

Both good...and both biggest issues are camera angles on PC IMO, although Devil May Cry 1 is the same as the classic and they are meant to be that way, where the DMC port isn't intentional amd may have been an attempt to add multi monitor aupport or something I never used myself...but I played DMC at least 5 times over in one run trying to get unlimited Devil Trigger which is a DLC for the PC port...bottom line is I know what I'm saying there. Either way it doesn't really ruin the game, it just felt off to me personally so I couldn't play it how I was used to and any game in the series requires some skill curve.

Points to take into consideratuon:

DMC was made after Devil May Cry (obviously) but the story is a point in time BEFORE Devil May Cry, so it has more advanced combat and puzzle mechanics (such mutiple weapon switching combos)

The story in DMC was meant for new players but also throws puns at the classics you may or may not get without playing them first, at least until after you do...it won't ruin the game (DMC was the first I truly played through myself) but some things might go over your head until after.

DMC is much more comfortable for modern players, where Devil May Cry has an almost Resident Evil classic control and camera system that'll take some time to grow on you at first...but playing that will make the combat in DMC that much easier to learn since the basics are all the same and you don't get bombed with 5 weapons in the first 10 levels.

The real order of the series goes like this:

Devil May Cry HD 1-3 (the classics not HD)
Devil May Cry 4
DMC: Devil May Cry
Devil May Cry 5

In this particular choice since it was a prequel reboot its really a matter of preference and which one you can stand to get into the series, any gsme besides this option I would say to play in order so if your itching to play DMC then do it before starting the other 4 games, if you want to play them in the true order then save it for last. I played it first and that was the best decision for me because it gave me a love for the series that made me deal with the older cameras and controls just for the story.

Out of the three classics, part 1 is still decent and aged well and part 3 is likely the best for controls and cameras...part 2 is probably the flop out of them all since the controls go sideways (again just like resident evil--but not as bad)
Resident Evil controls? As in tank controls, or Gamecube/Steam Resident Evil's analog stick controls? I'm really tempted to play DMC first. I think I'll try Devil May Cry 1 first and see how it goes. If I don't immediately take to it I'll start with DMC. Speaking of Resident Evil, I'm liking the first-person perspective in Resident Evil 7 so far. I grabbed it with a few other games (DMC HD Collection) from this soon to be disappearing bundle: Build your own CAPCOM Summer Bundle | Fanatical

As in you can get blocked by walls and hit enemies through them controls barely able to see. DMC 2 has that odd sideways is backwards depending which direction your facing or something type deal...I dont remember because I didnt enjoy it as much. But no DMC is generally fast and pretty fluid, all analog as far as I remember. It has been awhile.

You can't lose much downloading Devil May Cry to try it, I think the entire HD package is maybe 4 GB. If it kills you then start with DMC, I guarantee the story and gameplay will drive you to play the classics after.

One of Dante's main moves you rely on is called Stinger and sends you flying across the room with your sword pointed forward to gut enemies. Its anything but tankish.

Think general older Playstation controls ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ because thats what they are lol.

I grabbed the original classic for old times sake...my days of wanting to jump out of my seat playing video games has long past...and unlike DMC which I gained a love for later in life, resident evil ruined the series for me with part 2 or part 3 even back then...to be frank I was never a fan of guns and ammo scavenging in the first place, but the controls where your character walked forward or backward depending on the direction you were facing (including aiming the gun) while you were getting swarmed by enemies and jump scares totally killed it for me. Think I made it to the second screen in RE2 before I decided I hated it and nothing could change my mind

I just finished a rough draft of my appeal trial records...nearly 1400 pages long, most of it typed or scanned by me and by hand...and its not even half the paperwork that was actually filed ๐Ÿ˜…

Now I have less than a week to write up legal arguments for ALL of those records.

Let's admit it right here and now: MUD TV is not worth a minute spent winning it.
Men Of War
Men Of War Red Tide
El Matador
Europa Universalis IV
Faces of War
Mount & Blade ( but I won this after I bought it on Steam, still gonna add it )
Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword
Red Orchestra 2

Darksiders Games
S.T.A.L.K.E.R Games
Death to Spies: Gold
Contagion
Supreme Commander Games
Flatout Games are good, not 3.
I'm 99% sure that none of this is possible to win now, so no one should get their hopes up by starting to play now.
