Some hella good deals on Persona Titles on Steam right now, of course Persona titles almost always have decent prices 🤷‍♂️

What hurts though is being my fanboy self I bought P5S way back for nearly 50 bucks and its now like 5 bicks at shops  makes me glad I waited for royal, but its even more annoying that its one of the worst persona titles in existence, much would have preferred royal and it was an option at the time I believe.

Game took me over 200 hours to fully complete...and I think I did all that about as fast...your in for a long trip into the series my friend lol.
I have to admit, over time I'm starting to get involved. It's bad parkour, it's absolutely indescribably terrible stealth (guards constantly respawn behind you, they walk on the corpses of previous guards, the game doesn't seem to have a respawn limit per location, it just can't be in a stealth game, I'm tired of piling up corpses, and the palace guards are still exist), but it's like a cheap snack that you start eating while watching a movie and although it tastes very so-so and has zero health benefits, you can't stop until the pack is empty.

Thats uh...one way to describe it

I admit myself I always get pulled into those games, the earlier ones were much more addictive, and the next one Odyssey was likely the best of that style.

You should have seen it before they stopped the poison darts (and you) from killing villagers...I literally started a plague in half of Egypt and just watched as the bodies piled up by themselves from bushes or a haystack  it was absolute chaos and I loved it...they are still my favorite weapon in the series, I killed entire outposts from like 500 yards by mastering the art of aiming poison darts with deadly accuracy and hitting one target after another.

They would respawn and just die again as they went to investigate or a panicked villager who was poisoned ran up to them and passed it along. It was very rare everyone would die long enough for the poison to fade and you would need to start the cycle again.

I'm still happy with the bows in the game, I took two, one shoots like an armor-piercing sniper rifle from a kilometer away, the other has the rate of fire of an SMG and 5 arrows in the clip, and that's enough for the guards to not even be able to run up to me for hand-to-hand combat. Very historically accurate, I think.

The bow where you can aim are my all time favorite weapon--I cant even tell the crazy shots I had with those (tip, find the one with fire and never get rid of it), but the poison darts have the advantage of when the enemy groups get bigger and stronger they won't suspect you--especially if you throw them fron a high vantage point extremely far and its quite possible I assure you.

When you hit the Phylakes I believe one of them has the bow...but you won't be happy to reach that point as they chase you and will slaughter you unless you pretty much cheat.

They are bosses, between 5 and 25 lvs above you, each stronger than the next and when you kill one, another spawns on the map until you defeat them all.

By the way, are Chronicles good games?

Not...really...think Mobile Ports of Prince Of Persia...for DOS  honestly the PSP version of plain Assassins Creed even with its lack of art is a better game (and easily accessible free)

They are runners basically...so prince of persia was a bad example, you have a moving screen like sonic the hedgehog while you dodge death...I cant really think of a way to describe it properly...but they suck.
